Meet the Successors

Jenna Luberto and Erin Jackson

Jenna Luberto and Erin Jackson are stepping into leadership with the full support and mentorship of Andrea Mulla and Julie Head.

Andrea and Julie intentionally chose Jenna and Erin. They recognized something familiar: the same energy, passion, determination, and readiness to take on the responsibility of stewarding a company like this.

Jenna and Erin bring enthusiasm, competence, and deep respect for the work itself. They understand both the weight and the privilege of carrying it forward, and they step into leadership with the same care, curiosity, and commitment that shaped the company from the beginning.

Jenna brings a strong background rooted in hospitality, systems, and long-range operational planning. Based in Breckenridge, Colorado, she lives and works in mountain communities shaped by terrain, weather, and seasonality. Her experience strengthens the structure behind the scenes while honoring the personal nature of this work.

Erin has been part of the FieldHouse Adventures team for several years, working primarily in marketing and communications. Through that role, she learned the company from the inside. Observing how trips are planned. How guide and vendor relationships are maintained. How much care goes into the details travelers never see. This period was intentional. A chance to listen, learn, and understand the rhythms of the business before taking on more responsibility.

Jenna and Erin first met years ago as Division I soccer teammates at the University of New Hampshire. That long-standing partnership, built through shared effort and trust, continues to shape how they lead and work together today.

They now lead day-to-day operations with guidance and support from Andrea and Julie. They bring fresh capacity behind the scenes while remaining deeply committed to the company’s ethos.

This is stewardship, not replacement.
